Under the Sea
This recent themed event required us to provide decor in three different areas. The main dance floor had our Projector front board running sea life video, 6 foot up-lit columns with intelligent moving lights, water lights on the dance floor, plus our HD sound system.
This Entrance way was enhanced using water lights, up-lighting, plus a separate sound system with "sea" sounds to set the mood as the guests arrived.
The final decor element was behind the club house. We provided light blue up-lighting to tie the building into the theme.
This stunning outdoor wedding called for our 4 foot up-lit columns with intelligent moving heads, custom white face board, HD sound, several additional speakers placed around the property for even sound, then everything had to wrapped in white to tie in with the decor.
Once the sun set the dance floor filled up and this looked magical!
70's Themed Birthday bash!
This all out 70's themed birthday party took a simple meeting room on the 7th floor of the Hilton and turned it into a disco! We supplied our custom white up-lit face board, up-lighting around the entire room, a mirror ball, extra sound for the adjoining dining room, plus our photo booth with 70's themed props.
The night was a journey through the greatest dance music of the 70's, and the guests really brought this event to life by dressing up in flashy 70's outfits!
Winter Wonderland
This School dance committee stepped up their game for this winter wonderland theme. They provided the "snow" and winter decorations, and we brought out our HD sound system, 10 foot over head truss, intelligent scanners, white up-lit face board, and a mirror ball to bring the night to life.
A Night in old Havana
This Annual Gala Fundraiser went on the outside with a vintage Havana feel. We were brought in to add a little color & excitement, which was done using up-lighting, our 4 Column intelligent lighting system, up-lit face board, HD sound, and a Monogram projected on the dance floor. Musically we started the night with a very old school latin feel, then progressed to a more top 40 vibe.
Once dinner and the silent auction were all done, we kicked up the party!
This party was a blast and raised a ton of money for the school.
There was overtime, plus double overtime!
New Years Eve 2019 in Deland, Florida
This 55 + Community went all out with an Under the Sea Theme!
The Decor was decidedly Under the sea, but the music program was a powerful selection of 70's & 80's popular music that kept the dance floor moving!
We supplied Up lighting, Custom Monograms, Water lights, HD sound, 2 of our 6' Up-lit columns with intelligent moving heads, plus our Projector face board and the room looked spectacular!
This Bride wanted a very particular feel for her wedding. We were brought in to supply DJ services and up-lighting to fit her vision. We used our up-lit face board, HD sound, small dance floor lighting system, plus 26 up-lights to make this room glow!

Another example of multi room decor, this wedding ceremony was setup in an adjacent room, which we supplied emerald green up-lighting and a ceremony sound system for.
The main Ballroom went with the same theme and was completely transformed by up-lighting. We supplied DJ services, HD sound, small dance floor lighting, plus 20 up-lights to make this Bride's dream come true.
This Purple themed wedding was unbelievable! We up-lit the room with 20 purple up-lights, supplied our HD sound, small dance floor light system, up-lit face board, plus for the newlyweds first dance we made the Bride glow Purple!

We reimagined this Ballroom with 20 blue up-lights and a HUGE Monogram behind the Newlyweds. We also provided HD sound, dance lighting and our white face board to blend into the theme.
